Shipping Details

We wish we could flat rate ship to all of Canada, but the reality is, getting packages to 6.1% of the planets’ land mass can be quite a challenge.  So we have a few exceptions for shipping to more remote locations in Canada.

Remote locations include postal codes that are difficult to serve. Examples include the following:

·       Locations far from shipping hubs and locations rarely served by shippers.

·       Canada Post Air Stage Locations that receive mail via airlift or barge at certain times of the year.

Customers in remote addresses should allow an extra two to seven days for delivery. And some items can’t ship to remote locations due to weight and size restrictions.
