All orders are shipped securely in crates and shipping is arranged with tail-lift delivery.  This means that your tile will be delivered to your shipping address packaged as one and delivered curbside (you will need to move your tile inside).

Typical lead time for in-stock tile is 10 days based on current LTL shipping Canada-wide. International shipments please allow 20 days.

Each terrazzo tile is handmade in Vietnam, one at a time, using carefully selected marble and aggregate chips and a cement base. Like their encaustic counterpart, terrazzo tiles are unique in that they are not fired in kilns or are made of clay. Each tile is completely hand crafted of natural pigments, cements, marble, granite, and quartz. The result is a beautiful, durable and sustainable product that will last the life of the project.

What makes terrazzo tile so appealing and honest is that each piece is individually handmade. As such, each piece cannot be made identical, as if it were from a machine churning out repeatable parts.

Natural variations will occur in your tile; colour shade, fine cracks and other small imperfections are all to be expected. These variations contribute to their appeal without compromising the performance and integrity of the tile. We offer all our customers free samples to ensure they are getting exactly what is presented in the online store.
