Geon Tile will pick and prepare in-stock orders within three business day of receipt. Items in your cart will have a stated expected shipping timeline. The timeline stated includes our warehouse processing time as well as an allotment of one business day for the carrier to pickup the shipment from the Geon Tile distribution centre in Edmonton, Alberta.
You may notice that, if you are increasing your order quantity, that the total lead time has changed. When this occurs, it isn’t a gremlin in your computer. It simply means that we don’t have all of your tile in stock and that we will have to wait until our next shipment of that product arrives to fulfil your order.
Typical lead time for in-stock tile is 10 days based on current LTL shipping Canada-wide. International shipments please allow 20 days.
If a tile is out of stock, you can be sure that replenishment is on the way. Please reach out to us by emailing [email protected], and we can provide an expected arrival date for any product that is currently on backorder.
Geon Tile is pleased to ship tile throughout North America. Our warehouse is located in Edmonton, Canada. Please do keep in mind that import duties and taxes to the United States, Mexico, or any countries other than Canada are not included in the stated shipping estimate. Special Packaging or Crating
Large tiles are even more susceptible to damage during shipping and may require additional crating or packaging to safely secure your order. Geon charges a $50 crating fee on all large format terrazzo orders. This fee will appear in the Shipping line of your cart as an addition to the flat rate shipping.
